Larnaca, Cyprus – September 26, 2025 – Intercontinental Aviation Academy (FlyIAA) and Cyprus Airways Flying Academy (CAFA) have launched their fourth Cyprus intake, Phoenix Cyprus 04, welcoming Batch Falcons. Eighteen new cadet pilots began their journey this September, starting with ground school before advancing to flight training.
This marks just one year since FlyIAA and CAFA began their partnership, already delivering four intakes and establishing Cyprus as a rising hub for aviation training in the Southeast Mediterranean.
“Phoenix Cyprus 04 shows how far we’ve come in only one year,” said Captain Wissam Mehyou, Chairman of FlyIAA Global.
“Batch Falcons reflects the trust students place in FlyIAA–CAFA and our commitment to deliver world-class training,” added Christos Limnatitis, Accountable Manager of CAFA.
