This course prepares pilots and aviation professionals to meet both ICAO and EASA requirements for Aviation English proficiency. Delivered by CentralExam (CTK)—an EASA‑approved Aviation English Language Assessment Body—this program encompasses both secure online and in‑person testing, designed to help you confidently communicate in radiotelephony and secure your ELP certificate up to Level 6.

What you'll learn

  • Communicate with clarity in both plain language and standard aviation phraseology during routine and unusual situations
  • Develop abilities across all ICAO‑rated language proficiency categories: pronunciation, vocabulary, structure, fluency, comprehension, and interaction
  • Navigate non‑routine or emergency radiotelephony exchanges using task‑based, operational communication practice
  • Engage in real‑world aviation scenarios via role‑plays, simulations, and situational discussions for authentic preparation
  • Complete a three‑part assessment involving a personal interview, audio comprehension, and picture description
  • Entry Requirements:

    • Private Pilot Licence (PPL) or higher (including Instrument Rating and Airline Transport Pilot License), if planning to fly internationally
    • Ability to sustain the exam from a quiet, distraction‑free environment if taken online, with:
      • A laptop or desktop computer (smartphones not allowed)
      • A webcam (minimum 720p) and quality microphone
      • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
    • Valid identification and pilot licence (if applicable) on hand during the exam
