Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE) and Pier Seven announced that they have signed a strategic agreement to deliver comprehensive Type Rating training for both current students and qualified pilots at FlyIAA, marking a significant milestone in aviation education.
This ground-breaking alliance between two industry leaders will introduce advanced training capabilities across various aircraft, including the A320-CEO, A320-NEO, B737 Classic, B737 NG, and B747-400. The partnership is set to transform FlyIAA Training Academies into full-fledged training hubs capable of taking pilots from zero experience to the cockpit, enhancing IAE's expansion strategy across the region.
Wissam Mehyou, Chairman and CEO of IAE, stated, "Through this partnership, we are thrilled to enhance our training programs at FlyIAA, currently nurturing over 40 students in Lebanon. This initiative will provide them with crucial next steps in their training, progressing towards commercial airline positions.
