In which language will I be studying at Intercontinental Aviation Academy?
The international language of aviation instruction is English, and this is also the language used at Intercontinental Aviation Academy. Therefore, you will only need English to complete your ground school courses and flight training.
What are the entry requirements for Intercontinental Aviation Academy courses?
Basic requirements for most courses include being at least 17 years old, holding a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing a Class 1 Medical examination. English proficiency is also required.
What aircraft will I be training on at Intercontinental Aviation Academy?
We use a range of aircraft for training purposes, including single-engine and multi-engine planes. Our fleet includes Cessna, Tecnam, and other models to provide comprehensive training experiences. EASA-enrolled students will also train on Diamond aircraft in our fleet at our academy in Cyprus.
Can I become a pilot if I wear glasses?
Yes, wearing glasses or contact lenses is acceptable if your vision can be corrected to meet EASA standards.
How long does it take to complete EASA pilot training at Intercontinental Aviation Academy?
The length of pilot training depends on the course you choose. Typically, it takes 24-36 months to complete a modular route, based on the student's pace and availability.
